Artwork Photography Pricing

  • $50 Setup charge per session.

  • $30 for each painting up to 36” on any side.

  • $40 for each painting 37” up to 50” on any side.

  • $50 for each oversized painting, over 50” on any side.

  • Setup charge reduced to $20 for 20 or more paintings.

  • Onsite shooting available (with adequate space for setup only).

File Formats & Sizes

• High-resolution JPEG images, sRGB color profile, 100%

• High-resolution TIFF images, Adobe1998 TIFF (optional).

• Social Media & email friendly size. 2000px long edge, sRGB jpg 50%.

• Files provided by WeTransfer, or USB drive (add $5).

• Cropping options: to image, edge of canvas, etc.

Terms

• Full payment due at time work is completed.

• PayPal, Venmo or Cash accepted.

• Turnaround time is usually 2 - 3 days. Larger collections may take longer.

FAQ

  • I can photograph just about any type of artwork that you create; from oil and acrylic paintings, to prints and photographs, to sculptures and other three-dimensional works of art.

  • Yes! As long as there is sufficient space for me to set up my lighting equipment, then I can come to your studio and photograph on site.

  • Yes! For an additional fee, I can collect your artwork and return it to you after it is shot.

    **Please note that it is your responsibility to properly wrap your artwork for transport purposes.

  • While unframed artwork is ideal to photograph, I can still photograph artwork that has a frame and glass over it.

  • I have several years experience photographing artwork for an art auction house.

    Additionally, I hold a BFA in visual art with a focus on photography, a master's degree in art education, and have taught photography and studio art for ten + years.
